It is intended shortly to replace the life expired and unsightly water tank at Boat of Garten using tank sections dismantled from Alloa station many years ago, which have been in store at Aviemore. These sections have been retrieved and are now laid out at Boat of Garten as a preliminary to assembly.

This project is scheduled for Spring 2008 and anyone interested and able to assist with what will be an interesting and necessary bit of work will be welcomed.
